Cory is Managing Partner /CEO of Razorjack Recruiting, founded in 2007, located in Atchison, Kansas. Cory has over 23 years of experience and has been nationally recognized at various levels as an award-winning recruiter with Rookie of the Year, Top Account Executive honors (5 consecutive years) and multiple management / leadership awards. He holds numerous certifications including Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). After serving a tour of duty in the United States Army, Cory earned his Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Benedictine college in Atchison, Kansas where he and his wife Christina currently reside.

He has worked hard in building a reputation for performance, quality, integrity, and in quickly finding the right leadership talent for his clients’ time sensitive leadership needs. Cory is the driving force in developing the “Razorjack Method” which is a re-alignment of our search process, completing searches within 2 to 3 weeks where it used to take 6 to 8 weeks and even longer.

Brendan is Razorjack Recruiting’s Project Manager and is the critical point person coordinating recruiting, client and project management. Brendan started recruiting 6 years ago as a Researcher/Sourcer and has developed quickly in his ability to manage critical staffing needs of our clients as well as focusing and keeping the candidate search process on schedule.

Brendan has various awards and honors for his outstanding recruiting performance. Brendan is very involved in his local community and is active with various business educational outreach programs.
